Are there dedicated parking spaces for the flats?

Yes, each flat has its own parking space.

Is bed linen and household linen included?

No. Bed linen is not included in the basic price. On request, we can provide bed linen and towels.

Is cleaning included?

We use Béa's concierge service for cleaning after each guest's departure. This is charged in addition to the rental price. We do ask our guests to wash their dishes, strip the beds and give the apartment a quick sweep before leaving.

Can we walk to the beach?

Access to the beach is directly from the property, just cross the Toul Gwin path.

Are there any surf schools nearby?

A few minutes' walk away you will find the Dezert Point surf school and 29Hood Surf School.

Can we go to the restaurant without using the car?

Of course, you are just a 5-minute walk from Le Mambo, then Le Tom Café, and 200 metres further on the dune, MarieCath's restaurant with its fabulous caramel and salted butter Kouign cakes.

Les animaux sont ils acceptés ?

No. We believe that our flats are not suitable for pets. Furthermore, the purpose of prohibiting pets in our flats is also to respect the allergy concerns of potential residents.

Do you offer equipment for young children?

Oui. We have two travel cots and two high chairs available. This level of equipment should normally meet the needs of our guests. In any case, we will do our utmost to ensure that you do not have to carry too much baby equipment with you on your trip.

How much is the tourist tax?

If you use our booking form, the tourist tax will be calculated in the booking price. (calculated according to the current rate, the number of people and the number of nights and the cost per night). In 2025, the tourist tax is €0.70 per night per adult, as our apartments are classified as tourist accommodation
